  • PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BEFORE PROCEEDING

    DO NOT send anything back to us until you get response via EMAIL. You will get one within 24 hours.

  • The SHIPPING CHARGES are $6 FOR THE FIRST ITEM, and $6 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL ITEM THAT YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE or RETURN. If you are exchanging 2 items, for example, you will need to pay $12 in payment to cover the exchange/shipping costs. UNLESS it is damaged, incorrect size, etc...email us with NON-RETURN issues.

    If you don't include a $6 per shirt restocking/reshipping fee, the SHIRT will NOT be resent.

    Upon our request send a photo rather than shipping the shirt back.

    • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

    • We do this to keep costs low for everyone. We have the lowest costs shirts on the internet.

      Holiday, Birthday, and ANY seasonal, festival type of shirts can NOT be returned for a refund. .

      They can only be exchanged. If they are damaged, we will send you a new one. Upon inspection of the old one, wrong size, etc, we will get you a new one. Some of you like to wear it and then try to return it.

      We have the OPTION to choose to only allow credits if we believe misuse of the purchase, i.e. ordering several of the same shirts then saying they didn't like them. It becomes obvious, that they were purchased to be worn 1x for an event/joke then returned. If we believe this is has happened, only a credit will be offered, PLUS restocking fees. This allows us to keep our prices low. We could charge $20 per shirt and allow this but we don't believe it is fair to those that our buy shirts. We can not control the USPS, please allow ample time for special events.

    • We have a changer so you can view the shirt prior to purchasing. Please use it...

      Overnight packages/shirts and rush orders are not refundable, only exchangeable.

      • We also have a size chart so you know the size of each shirt. We make each shirt as they are ordered.

    • All items must be returned in the original containers. If it is our fault, we will try to fix it.

  • DO NOT RETURN items to us that have been worn or washed, or are outside the 30-day return time. WE WILL NOT SEND THEM BACK TO YOU. Please note that all SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • If you had an item PERSONALIZED then NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE PERMITTED unless the item is defective.

    If the USPS returns the package due to bad address and we call to confirm the address and you decide that you do not want the package there is STILL a $6 restocking charge and you DO not get the money back from shipping.

  • If there is a defect, there will be NO CHARGE. A DAMAGED SHIRT MAY NOT BE REFUNDED, neither will an shirt sent incorrectly... IT WILL BE EXCHANGED AT OUR COST. Don't ask for a REFUND if the SHIRT is damaged in transit, we can NOT control the USPS...we will get you a new one...we don't send pre-payed envelopes out... Subject to the same restrictions listed above on return items.

  • You will need to go to PayPal the and pay the shipping/restocking charges to cj@2020tshirts.com

  • If you just want to return the items the $6 restocking charges still holds.

  • We do not give refunds on gift certificates. This is a security issue as the code is assigned a value.

  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS SINCE SOME OF YOU THINK IT IS FUNNY TO BOUNCE THEM.
